What’s included in the free trial?

When am I charged after the trial?

A week before your 30-day trial ends we’ll send an email with a subscription link based on how many staff you have currently have active.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or change plans anytime. Prorated credits are applied when switching.

What happens when I add or remove staff?

On the first of each month we send you a summary report showing how many of your staff are in the Abacus system. If that number goes up or down, we will adjust the subscription based on the new staff count.
