Can I try all features during the trial?

Yes! You get full access to time tracking, project management, payroll, and invoicing during your 30-day free trial.

How does “Time Used Thrice” work?

You define the projects and tasks for your team to work on. At that time you set their hourly rate and how much you are billing your clients. When your staff enter time logs, Abacus automatically uses that time data to create analytic reports, calculates payroll, and generates client invoices.

Can I import existing data?

Yes! We offer free data migration from other time tracking and project management tools. Have your staff in a spreadsheet? We can import that also.

Is there a limit on team size?

No! Add unlimited team members, clients, and projects both during your trial and after. There is never a limit on how many clients or projects you can track. There is no limit on staff either, but Abacus is billed per user per month.

How does multi-currency work?

Staff can be paid in their local currency while you invoice clients in their currency preference. You can assign a different hourly rate (in various currencies) to each employee for each project/client they are working on.

Do you integrate with payment processors?

For invoicing your clients, yes! We can integrate your invoices with your Stripe, PayPal, ACH, and others payment processors.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

If you decide to continue using Wizard’s Abacus, add your payment method and your subscription starts at $7.50/user/month for basic or $11/user/month if you want to include invoicing your clients.
